I ordered something from mintandlily.com, and it did eventually show up, just a few days later than I was expecting. The most frustrating part was that the tracking barely updated, so I kept checking it and not really knowing where the package was. Once it arrived, the item itself was totally fine and just as expected. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but I do wish the shipping and tracking were a bit more reliable.

I ordered from Mint & Lily and ended up having to message customer service about my tracking info. They did get back to me and were nice about it, so no real complaint there, but it definetly took longer than I thought it would. I got the info in the end, I just wish the replies were a bit quicker. Overall it was okay, not bad but not amazing either.

It looks really cute, but it’s not comfy at all. After wearing it for a bit, the fabric started feeling scratchy and annoying on my skin. Also, having to go through verification over and over again was frustrating. I just wanted a simple shopping experience.

I was expecting a decent range of options, but there really weren’t many choices available. It felt limited compared to what I had in mind, so I was a bit disappointed.

The name looked really good overall. The only thing is the spacing was a little different from what I picked, so it wasn’t exactly what I expected. Still nice, just a bit off.

It’s still cute and I did like how it looked at first, but it started fading after just a few wears. Kind of annoying because now it feels like I wasted energy picking it out and taking care of it when it didn’t hold up for long...

I was disappointed when the necklace showed up. It looked NOTHING like the photos or description on the listing. The color was much duller in person, the size felt a little off, and the engraving wasn’t nearly as clean as it looked online. I even went back and double-checked the product page because I thought maybe I missed something, but nope — it just felt misleading. Uh, I wore it once and my skin got red afterward. Not sure if it was the material or something else, but it definitely irritated my skin quickly.

I also wish the instructions or order details were a little clearer along the way, because I expected more reassurance that the personalized items were being made correctly.

The photos made the engraving look clean and noticeable, but in person it’s super faint, a little uneven, and you can barely read the name unless the light hits it just right. For the price, I expected something that felt more polished. Instead, it kind of felt rushed and not at all like what was advertised. Definitely gave me a bit of a bait-and-switch feeling, and I wouldn’t order engraved items from them again.
